2. Nature of Services 

All services provided by The Willow Path are complementary and holistic in nature.

Services are intended to support:

    •    Energetic balance and well-being 

We do not provide medical, psychological, or veterinary services.

Nothing on this website or in sessions is intended to:

    •    Diagnose 

    •    Treat 

    •    Cure 

    •    Prevent any medical, mental health, or veterinary condition 

 

Clients are encouraged to seek care from appropriately licensed professionals for any medical or mental health concerns.

 

3. Informed Consent

By booking or participating in services, you acknowledge that:

    •    You understand the nature of energy healing services 

    •    You are voluntarily choosing to participate

You understand that sessions are not a substitute for licensed care.

 

5. Animal Services Disclaimer

Animal sessions are intended to support energetic and emotional well-being only.

These services:

    •    Do not replace veterinary care 

    •    Do not diagnose or treat medical conditions 

 

If your animal is experiencing a medical emergency, you agree to contact a licensed veterinarian immediately.

 

6. No Guarantees

While many clients experience positive results, outcomes vary from person to person (and animal to animal). No specific results are promised or guaranteed.

 

7. Payment & Booking

    •    Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated 

    •    All sales may be final unless a cancellation policy applies 

 

8. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

    •    At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule 

    •    Late cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the session fee 

    •    No-shows will be charged the full session fee 

 

9. Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. The full session fee will still apply.

 

10. Confidentiality

All client information is kept confidential and will not be shared, except:

    •    When required by law 

    •    If there is a risk of harm to self or others 

 

11. Website Use

12. Limitation of Liability
